  1. Guest Posting and Backlink Acquisition

As part of our Off-Page SEO services, we prominently offer Guest Posting and Backlink Acquisition. By engaging us for these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Third-Party Publishers: We acquire links and placements on external, third-party websites. We do not own or control these platforms.
  • Content and Link Permanence: While we strive to secure permanent or long-term link placements, we cannot guarantee that a third-party webmaster will not alter, remove, or change the status (e.g., from “do-follow” to “no-follow”) of a backlink over time.
  • Approval and Outreach: We may use your brand name and target URLs to conduct outreach. By providing these assets, you grant us permission to represent your brand in communications with external publishers to secure guest post placements.
  1. Client Obligations

To ensure the success of our SEO campaigns, the client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary platforms, including but not limited to website CMS (e.g., WordPress), hosting environments, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Supply accurate business information, target keywords, and brand assets required for content creation and off-page outreach.
  • Refrain from employing alternative, non-approved SEO services or making significant structural website changes without prior consultation with The Techno IT, as this may negatively impact campaign results.
  1. Guarantees and Limitation of Liability
  • No Ranking Guarantees: Search engine algorithms are dynamic and controlled entirely by third-party search engines (like Google). Therefore, The Techno IT cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or immediate ROI.
  • Liability: In no event shall The Techno IT, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our SEO services.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Services are billed as agreed upon in the initial proposal or service agreement.
  • Invoices must be paid in full by the due date specified. Failure to settle invoices may result in a temporary suspension of SEO services and outreach campaigns.
  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, business strategies, and technical data shared during the course of the campaign strictly confidential. The Techno IT will not disclose your internal business metrics to unauthorized third parties.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your engagement with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faisalabad, Punjab.
